Official service platforms

This site does not currently provide registration, login, location search, QR rental, payment, orders, billing, device control, settlement or administrative functions. When these services launch, they will be provided through HubKore’s official service platforms under their own terms and privacy notices.

HubKore does not promise fixed income, guaranteed returns, a fixed payback period, automatic territorial exclusivity, unconditional free equipment, or approval of any applicant.

Some images are brand-direction or intended-scenario visuals. Unless specifically identified as a verified deployment or customer case, they must not be interpreted as evidence of current installation, live service, inventory or customer endorsement.

Job information is indicative and subject to current vacancy status, candidate assessment, identity and qualification checks, and formal approval. Compensation, incentives, working time, start date and other employment terms are valid only when included in a formal offer and employment agreement.

When a candidate emails a CV, they voluntarily provide personal data for recruitment review. Applicants should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Recruitment data should be accessed only by authorised personnel, retained only as needed, and deleted or restricted according to the approved recruitment policy and applicable law.

AET operates this public website. The website includes a venue-enquiry form and an optional AI-assisted information service, but no customer account or embedded payment function. Hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical records required for security and availability—such as IP address, browser type, request time and error logs—and may set a strictly necessary security cookie for bot or abuse protection.

Website assistant

When a visitor submits a question, the text and limited recent conversation context are transmitted to HubKore’s hosting and AI-model service providers to generate a response from approved HubKore information. HubKore does not intentionally write the website assistant’s raw conversation to its application database; recent context remains in the current browser session. A transient, non-reversible technical identifier may be used in memory for abuse prevention. AI responses are general information, may be incomplete, and do not approve refunds, payments, contracts, partnerships, employment or equipment deployment. Visitors must not send passwords, OTP codes, card PINs, full card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Optional website analytics

With a visitor’s explicit permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, general engagement and selected contact actions. Analytics remains disabled unless the visitor chooses “Allow analytics”. Declining does not reduce access to the website. The choice is stored in the visitor’s browser and can be changed through “Privacy choices”. HubKore does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, assistant question text or form contents to analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Questions or requests concerning personal information, including access, correction or deletion requests, may be sent to cs@hubkore.com. Identity verification may be required, and requests remain subject to applicable legal obligations.

HubKore does not embed advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Optional analytics is used only after consent as described above.

Links to Facebook, email services and future systems lead to services operated under their own terms and privacy practices. HubKore is not responsible for third-party availability or content. Only channels expressly identified by HubKore should be treated as official.

HubKore names, logos, brand assets, website design, original copy and visual materials are owned by or licensed to AET unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, altered or used to imply endorsement without written permission.

Website and promotional content should comply with applicable Cambodian electronic-commerce, consumer-protection, advertising, intellectual-property, employment and other relevant requirements. Content must remain accurate, non-misleading and supported by current approved facts.
