Social Media Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Operate HubKore Cambodia content across Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and Instagram.
• Plan and publish Khmer, Chinese and English content for brand awareness, product education, partner recruitment and hiring.
• Independently plan, shoot, edit and produce social media graphics, photos, short videos and other content assets.
• Monitor comments and enquiries, provide an appropriate first response and guide formal applications or business enquiries to the official email.
• Keep logos, visuals and public information consistent across channels.
• Track basic content performance and prepare clear updates.

What we're looking for

• Fluent Khmer with strong working Chinese and English.
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Telegram, their content formats and audience interaction.
• Hands-on social media and content-production experience; able to plan, shoot and edit independently.
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools.
• Strong writing, organization and fast response; portfolio or sample links preferred.
